2025 Virgo Reading

Hello my  lovely Virgos! Welcome to your 2025 reading. This year, we’re taking a fresh approach. Spirit has guided me to shift away from the usual yearly readings on YouTube and instead bring these insights directly here for you to reflect on throughout the year. For this reading, I’m using three decks: the African Tarot (similar to the traditional Rider Waite deck), the Well Worn Path, and my Rootworker’s Oracle deck. Don’t forget to check your Sun, Moon, and Rising signs as things may resonate differently.

For the present, which is the overall energy right now, I pulled the star, jar, and the card of air.   The star card is an overall positive card. The Star is a beacon of hope, renewal, and inspiration. It shows you Virgo, entering a period of healing and clarity, where faith in the future is being restored. This card shows a connection to divine guidance and a renewed sense of purpose. This is a time to focus on long term goals and focusing on your purpose this year while embracing optimism and trust in the spirit and universe for manifesting your dreams. The jar card comes behind this. The Jar represents  containment, preservation, or the act of holding something valuable. There may be some things that you have been holding onto that you can now heal from.  This  card may indicate a need to focus on what you are protecting or nurturing in your life. It could symbolize the importance of boundaries, safeguarding emotional or spiritual energy, or keeping intentions pure and focused. Whatever you are holding onto that is not serving your highest purpose, this is the year to let it go. Lastly, we receive the card of air.  The air card is about the process of transmitting and expanding. This is the need to bring your ideas and concepts into your reality. This is a time to take action and be strategic, use those planning skills that you have Virgo. Use your intellect to manifest your goals and remain open to growth and change. Complacency is often followed by stagnation.

For challenges, I received the 5 of cups, the card of pisces and as above so below. Your challenges seem to stem from emotional changes. This card shows me that you might be focusing on what hasn’t worked out or what’s been lost recently. Maybe there’s a sense of regret or disappointment lingering, and it’s hard to see the opportunities still standing. You may also have lost someone or something of great importance. This is a reminder that while it’s okay to grieve or feel frustrated, don’t let those emotions blind you to the blessings that remain. Healing comes when you shift your focus from the spilled cups to the ones still full.  Pisces energy is sensitive, intuitive, and deeply emotional, but it can also bring confusion or a tendency to escape from reality when things get overwhelming. Right now, you might feel caught between wanting to trust your intuition and getting lost in uncertainty or overthinking. Be mindful of leaning too heavily into fantasy or avoidance as a coping mechanism. Stay grounded while honoring your feelings. The as above so below comes next. This card reminds you that everything happening in your external world is a reflection of your internal state. If life feels chaotic or misaligned, it’s time to take a step back and look within. Your thoughts, energy, and intentions are shaping your experiences more than you might realize. The challenge here is to balance your inner world with your outer actions. You’re being called to recognize that what you manifest on a spiritual level will ripple into your physical reality.

I pulled on some underlying roots or influences for this year and we got the chariot, karma, and fire. The Chariot highlights a year driven by determination and willpower, urging you to stay focused on your goals and overcome any obstacles in your path. This energy serves as a constant push to keep moving forward, even when challenges arise, reminding you that discipline and persistence are your keys to success. The Karma card brings in the weight of past actions and lessons, showing that this year is a time of reaping what you’ve sown. It’s a chance to clear old cycles, balance the scales, and step into alignment with your soul’s purpose. Finally, the Fire card fuels your year with passion, creativity, and the spark of transformation. It encourages you to tap into your inner drive and channel it into pursuits that truly ignite your spirit. Together, these influences create a foundation of movement, accountability, and inspired energy, all working together to propel you toward growth and fulfillment this year.

So how do you appear to others this year Virgo? For this we pulled the 7 cups, the card of leo, and the hearth card. Virgo, others see you as someone with a lot going on beneath the surface. The Seven of Cups shows that people might view you as someone full of ideas and possibilities, but they can’t always tell where your heart truly lies or what you’re thinking. You might come across as thoughtful and imaginative, but maybe a little hard to read at times. The Leo card highlights the confidence and warmth you naturally radiate, people notice your charisma and how you seem to shine, even without trying. And with the Hearth card, others see you as someone who values home, family, and close connections. You have a way of making people feel safe and cared for, like they can count on you to be a steady, comforting presence. Overall, you come across as someone who’s both inspiring and grounded, with a big heart and a lot of potential.

For influencing aspects, I pulled the knight of wands, roots, and the wheel of the year. The Knight of Wands brings a surge of energy, passion, and determination to go after what you want. This card shows that this year you’ll feel driven to take bold action, step outside your comfort zone, and embrace opportunities with enthusiasm. It’s a reminder to channel this fiery energy wisely, focusing on the goals that truly matter to you. The Roots card emphasizes the importance of grounding yourself in your foundation, your family, traditions, spiritual practices, and the lessons of your past. It encourages you to honor where you’ve come from, as this will support the leaps you’re ready to take. Finally, the Wheel of the Year signals big changes and turning points ahead. This card reminds you that life moves in cycles, and this is a time to embrace the shifts happening around you. Whether it’s new opportunities, endings, or beginnings, trust that everything is aligning for your growth. Together, these cards point to a year of exciting movement and transformation.

For the theme, I pulled the moon, pluto, and cakes and wine. Virgo, the energy for this period feels deep, transformative, and reflective. The Moon brings a theme of mystery, intuition, and uncovering hidden truths. You might find yourself navigating emotions or situations that aren’t entirely clear, asking you to trust your instincts and embrace the unknown. Pluto adds a powerful layer of transformation, encouraging you to let go of what no longer serves you so you can evolve into your best self. And with Cakes and Wine, there’s also a reminder to celebrate the small joys, share moments with those you love, and ground yourself in the pleasures of life. This card also deals with spiritual nourishment and reminds you not to forget this aspect of your life. Together, these energies ask you to balance deep inner work with moments of gratitude and connection. Trust the process, you're growing in ways you might not yet fully see.

For aspirations and concerns, I pulled the ace of swords, the patriarch, and pentagram.

Your aspirations and concerns this period are centered around clarity, wisdom, and balance. The Ace of Swords shows a desire for truth and mental breakthroughs; you’re ready to cut through confusion and focus on what truly matters. The Patriarch highlights the importance of stability, structure, and guidance, whether it’s seeking wisdom from others or stepping into a leadership role yourself. The Pentagram reminds you to stay balanced and aligned in all areas of your life—spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical. Together, these energies suggest you’re striving for a sense of order and clarity while ensuring you stay grounded and connected to your purpose. Trust in your ability to lead and align with what serves your highest good.

For advice I pulled the page of swords, venus, and the card of the pentacle. The advice for this period encourages curiosity, connection, and grounded action. The Page of Swords suggests that it’s a time to stay curious and seek out new information—ask questions, explore new ideas, and keep an open mind. Venus shows the importance of nurturing your relationships, creativity, and self-worth. Focus on love, harmony, and finding beauty in your surroundings. The Pentacle reminds you to stay practical and grounded while pursuing your goals. It’s a call to balance your intellectual and emotional pursuits with tangible, steady action. Together, these energies encourage you to explore, connect, and build something meaningful while staying true to your values.

For outcomes, I pulled the 5 of swords, death, broom, cancer, and athame. The outcomes of this year bring significant transformation and empowerment. The 5 of Swords suggests there may be moments of conflict or difficult decisions where you must walk away from situations or people that no longer align with your growth. Death amplifies this message, signaling a deep, transformative ending that will clear space for new beginnings. The Broom and Cancer highlight a need for cleansing your emotional space and focusing on nurturing relationships that feel safe and supportive. This could mean decluttering your life emotionally or physically, letting go of old patterns, and creating a sanctuary for your well-being. Athame reinforces that this is a time for you to take charge and actively shape your reality. You may find yourself cutting ties with toxic dynamics, embracing new opportunities for growth, or stepping into a leadership role in your life. Events like a major emotional release, a reorganization of your living or work environment, or a powerful conversation that shifts your perspective may take place. Ultimately, this period is about reclaiming your power and designing the future you want with intention and clarity.

Best wishes Virgo!
